Longway Intellectualized Technology Company (also known as China Security Group CSG) located in Shenzhen, China failed to pay for marketing services provided by USA Marketing Associates. The Managing Director of Longway Intellectualized Technology Company, Mr. Liu Huo has failed to pay for services delivered in November 2006. Despite numerous requests for payment, Mr. Liu Huo and the Longway Intellectualized Technology Company have defaulted on their business agreement with USA Marketing Associates.

This information should be taken as a WARNING to all companies in the United States, Europe and throughout the business world, that this company does not meet their financial business obligations or honor business agreements.

Longway Intellectualized Technology Company signed a business agreement letter on November 13th 2006 with USA Marketing Associates. USA Marketing Associates agreed to provide business contacts and set up meetings in the USA for Mr. Liu Huo to meet potential importers/resellers of their security system products.

Meetings were held with Mr. Liu Huo and potential importers/resellers in California and in Massachusetts, with USA Marketing Associates fully completing the obligation as outlined in their business agreement with Mr. Liu Huo.
